Is there a minimum order?
No MOQ. Everything is made to order, one piece at a time — print a single tee or a thousand, the price per item is the same.
What's the difference between Basic and Plus?
Basic is the free, self-service POD platform. Plus ($197/mo) adds a dedicated account manager, a private Slack channel, custom cut-&-sew products, and branding, sourcing & restock support. Upgrade in one click, cancel anytime.
What can you print, and how?
DTG print in standard (up to 40×50cm) and large (up to 60×75cm) sizes, front and back. Embroidery arrives in Stage 2 as a separate option with its own dimensions.
Which stores do you integrate with?
Shopify at launch — connect your store, publish products, and orders sync back for automatic fulfilment. Wix, Squarespace and others follow in Stage 2.
How does payment work?
Pay per order by card, or pre-load a wallet that debits at order placement. USD at launch; bank/ACH, wallet auto-recharge and multi-currency come next.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Order blanks or a paid sample of any product — including a printed sample of your actual design — before you put it up for sale. Sample pricing includes shipping.
How long does production and shipping take?
Orders move Received → In Production → Printed/QC → Shipped → Delivered, with tracking pushed back to your store at every step. We ship to 70+ countries.
What about custom products, taxes and refunds?
Fully custom cut-&-sew is a hands-on Plus service, handled by our team. You're responsible for your own sales tax / VAT. Refunds are simple — send a short request and we handle it manually.
The per-item label
Every item ships with its own barcode
When an order lands, ClothLink generates a print-ready file and a per-item label — one per print area. The factory scans it to pull the exact job and update status. The design SKU means re-orders reuse the same artwork automatically.
